we are happy to offer our customers within the usa & canada free standard shipping on all orders.

international flat rate shipping

we are happy to offer our customers located outside north america standard shipping at a flat rate of $10.

expedited shipping

expedited shipping options are available & are calculated at checkout.

tracking

we aim to mail out each item within two business days. you will receive a shipping notification email & tracking number.

taxes & duties

any inbound duties, taxes & any other fees charged which your local customs authority deems appropriate are not the responsibility of truvai & must be paid by the purchasing party. 

in most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. however if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.

these fees are paid to your local carrier or government; they are not collected by truvai & thus cannot be refunded.

returns & exchanges

we are happy to exchange any items that are unused & returned in the same condition as initially received — unworn & in original packaging. we cannot accept exchanges on earrings (unless faulty) due to best practice hygiene standards.

if you would like to exchange your item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@truvaijewellery.com & quote the following:

• full name

please mail your item(s) in the original packaging (please note that shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility). upon receiving the returned item(s) in original condition & with original packaging we will issue an online store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

please note that truvai reserves the right to decline an exchange request subject to our discretion.
